We want to experience relief from our pain and therapy is not necessarily about breakthrough to breakthrough, but more-so, the gentle shifts over time when being held in our fullness.

Your body works diligently to keep you safe and it’s important that we consider the functions and aspects of your nervous system. Polyvagal theory informs my approach to keeping your body involved.

Therapy with me is not focused around fixing what’s perceived to be wrong with you, but accepting all that is and welcoming you home to yourself again and again.
