person-centered and relational

Research continues to show us that the most important aspect of successful outcomes in therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client.

We want to experience relief from our pain and therapy is not necessarily about breakthrough to breakthrough, but more-so, the gentle shifts over time when being held in our fullness.

Your body works diligently to keep you safe and it’s important that we consider the functions and aspects of your nervous system.

Therapy with me is not focused around fixing what’s perceived to be wrong with you, but accepting all that is and welcoming you home to yourself again and again.
